  • What is an acceptable lead time?
    It is optimum to book your event 3-6 months in advance to secure the date you want…however, shorter lead times can be accommodated as long as we have the date open.
  • Can you provide meals for special dietary needs?
    Yes, we have a wide variety of gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian meals that we can provide for your guests. We are not a certified kitchen in any of these areas, but do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. When planning your event please discuss all dietary restrictions and allergies with us so we can help you best accommodate all your guests.
  • Do you have minimum requirements?
    Yes. Corporate Breakfast: Available Monday- Friday 7:00 am - 10:00 am. Minimum $200.00 food/beverage. Corporate Lunch: Available Monday- Friday 10:30 am - 2:00 pm. Minimum 12 guests. After hours corporate: Corporate events after 2:00 pm may require staffing. Social Events/ Weekends: There is a $1200.00 food & beverage minimum for social events. Please call to talk with our event specialist about social and weekend minimums.
  • Can you help with rentals?
    Yes, we have a network of professional companies we use for all rental needs. We can help facilitate rentals for china, table, linens, glassware, tents, and many other retinal needs.
  • Do you provide a drop off service for social events?
    The short answer is no, we are a full service caterer, so when looking to plan an event that will require using our equipment we also require staff to come and work your event. We do offer other services with pick up items. Some of those are ready to serve appetizer party trays. We also have items that can be picked up warm or with reheat instuctions for your event. Pick up items still fall under minimums so please call our office to discuss your pick up needs.
  • Do you provide tastings?
    Yes, we are happy to schedule a tasting based off of the proposal sent to you. To off-set cost for our out of pocket expenses we charge $35 per person for tastings. If you sign a contract with us we will deduct 100% of the tasting fee from your invoice.
  • Can you set up and staff a bar?
    Jules Gourmet can help set up and staff the bar for your event. We cannot provide the liquor so that will be up to the client.
  • What types of events does Jules cater?
    Here at Jules we cater all types of events from corporate breakfasts and lunches to weddings and large scale events. Birthday parties, happy hours, celebrations of life, fundraisers, retirement parties, grand openings,VIP events, and many more.
